Burton | Trained Bulldog Puppy
Burton the Bulldog
Roly-poly and playful; I knew the cuteness factor when I decided to raise a bulldog was going to be high, but I truly was not prepared for this guy. Bulldogs are known for stopping traffic and turning heads, but they are also known for misbehaving and getting their way. Every time a bulldog comes in for training I find it hard to look at their pudgy faces with silly expressions and take anything they do seriously.
After researching many breeders I came across Allot of Bully in Boise, Idaho. Burton was born on May 10th 2013 to mom Sage, a beautiful athletic blue and white and dad Rock, a blue and fawn tri low rider with no fear. Picking Burton up from the airport was my first lesson in the power of his cuteness. Photos do not do this guy justice. Every person who passed by couldn’t resist his squishy face and stopped to talk to us and give Burton a pet.
Cute and funny in a bulldog is pretty easy to come by, however, one that is well behaved and listens to its owner is much more rare. Burton is already showing that he is confident and wants to please. Watching him grow into a true breed ambassador is what I am most looking forward to. We will break the stereotypes that a bulldog is hard to train or that they are pushy and don’t listen. Follow along to see his progress!
